Monday Mentoring

This mentorship is for teachers and practitioners that already have a basic understanding of yoga and want to transform their personal practice and/or teaching. For as long as I has been on this path of yoga, I have sought out mentors and teachers to help me develop my skills, understanding, and ultimately help me to discover who I am.

Intro to Somatics

This is a 15 hour accredited course.

From this course you will understand:

• Terms of somatics and be able use and or teach these in asana or somatic movements

• How a basic understanding of the NS and triune brain in how it relates to somatics

• Have a clear understanding of the building blocks of somatic movement

• Implement and teach  somatics tools and practices into your asana classes

New Teacher Skills

This is an 8 hour CE accredited course. This course is for new teachers to  develop and strengthen or establish  strong teaching skills.

From this course you will learn:

• Language considerations

• Verbal cues

• Observations skills

• Demonstration skills

• Sequencing 

Polyvagal Theory and Yoga

​This is an 20 hour CE accredited course.

• Dive into the polyvagal theory

• Explore the social engagement system

• Discuss the tiered response to threat

• Explore ”hybrid” nervous system states

• Discuss Dual Awareness in therapeutic yoga

• Apply polyvagal principles of safety through choice

• Learn invitational language

• Lear how to apply this to your personal practice or to your teaching.
